Affton Fabricating & Welding Co., Inc. (AFWC) was founded in 1956 by Don Pfeil, Sr. as a small family-operated welding company in south St. Louis.

AFWC moved to its current location, in Sauget, Illinois, in 1998.  While we have endured many changes over the years, AFWC has grown to be the premiere structural steel fabricator in the Midwest. Our reputation is built on customer service and reliability. To put it simply, our reputation is built of steel.

Today, AFWC is a privately held corporation whose management team includes both 2nd and 3rd generation family members as well as others working to keep his vision alive.
